Your experience begins at 2:00 PM as you settle into a historic guest house and receive your Fire Horse Alchemy Kit, featuring Citrine for abundance, Tiger’s Eye for courage, and local sage. We will load up the ranch pack goats with mats and snacks for Root to Rise Yoga, a slow Hatha practice in the hills designed to stabilize your energy before the we stoke the fire. The evening concludes with a Farm-to-Table Welcome Dinner of locally sourced Wyoming greens and proteins, followed by a stargazing release exercise under century-old Cottonwoods.
